Kid's @ The Creek Children's Ministry
Childcare is provided for children from birth through Pre-K during all regular services of the church in a safe and fun environment. Our caregivers seek to make the most of every opportunity to show the children the love of Christ and point them to knowledge of our Lord.
Sunday School – 9:30-10:30am
Sunday school classes are provided for children ages 2 years-5th grade. The children are involved in Generations of Grace, a Biblically based and God-centered curriculum engaging three age levels: Early Childhood (ages 3-4), Early Elementary (grades K-2), and Juniors (grades 3-5). Over a three-year period, this curriculum covers the Old Testament historical books, the life of Christ, and lessons from Acts and Revelation. Childcare is provided for children under 2.
Sunday Morning Service– 10:45am-12:15pm
Children 4 and under are welcome to stay with their classes for continued play and bible stories. Children in grades K-5 attend the main service with their parents.
Sunday Evenings– 6:00-7:00pm
Children in grades K-5 participate in an evening schedule that includes topical studies from the Bible and a children's chorale program. Through the chorale program, children learn biblically rich songs and musical presentations that they get to share throughout the year in our corporate worship services and other opportunities such as nursing homes and the local mall.
Wednesday Evenings – 6:30-7:30pm
On Wednesday evenings, child care is provided for children from birth through 4. Children in grades K-5 are invited to join TeamKids. TeamKids is a fun, high-energy ministry that encourages kids to know Jesus Christ and grow in a relationship with Him. All parts of TeamKids—Bible stories, Scripture memory, life application, missions, and recreation—connect to teach life lessons to kids. TeamKids is designed for children to do more than memorize Scripture. It helps children understand what the verses they memorize mean because all parts of the TeamKids meeting focus on one Bible message. The fun games, Bible story, memory verse, missions, refreshments, and conclusion all contribute to help children understand and apply God’s Word to their lives.
