Williams Creek Baptist Church is a community of believers in the Lord Jesus Christ. John Stott described God's intended purpose for this community as follows:
"The church is God’s new community. For his purpose, conceived in a past eternity, being worked out in history, and to be perfected in a future eternity, is not just to save isolated individuals and so perpetuate our loneliness, but rather to build his church, that is, to call out of the world a people for his own glory." (The Living Church)
Recognizing this, Williams Creek desires to grow together as God's community within the context of three specific priorities: Corporate Worship, Ongoing Discipleship and Personal Service, Evangelism and Missions. Within the framework of these essential priorities, we gather to strengthen one another with God's Word, encourage and challenge one another and "love one another as Christ loved the church."
